I have found the compiled service records for many of the members of the Pamunkey Heavy Artillery through Fold3's online records compiled from the National Archives. My great grandfather George A. Terrell, his 6 brothers and many cousins and neighbors, all from the Black Creek area of western New Kent are all accounted for and several have multiple records listed. The names spelled "Terrill" are all brothers and the correct spelling is "Terrell". Also, the pension records for all surviving Confederate veterans is online at the Virginia State Library.
